The formula
OLD BARTCHEF begins with HARMONY , a non-alcoholic gin. The process starts with the fermentation of bananas to generate a percentage of alcohol with its botanicals: juniper, chamomile, lemon, and passionflower. This is then redistilled with the botanicals under vacuum, removing the majority of the alcohol and leaving only trace elements. Finally, a freezing technique seals in the flavors.
On the other hand, SERENITY contains ashwagandha, one of the best adaptogens, which we also turn into a water-soluble solution with a unique flavor using the same process as Harmony, only changing the botanicals to: Hibiscus and Vanilla.
And last but not least, our latest launch DOPAMINE, the first non-alcoholic Campari-style liqueur, resulting in an alcoholic experience without the sugar and without the negative effects of alcohol.
